Shipping & Handling

What will it cost?

At Voodooworx we want to keep it simple, shipping rates are the same for all customers wherever you live in the world. If ordering online your shipping charge will be calculated automatically for you and is charged as a percentage of your shopping cart total. Just add the items you want to the shopping cart to see how much shipping will be. If sending your order through the post, full details for calculating shipping can be found on the downloadable order form. It's that simple!

We reserve the right to change this without prior notice at anytime. You shall be notified of any amendments to this by a notice on this site.

UK ORDERS

UK orders are dispatched by Recorded Post and orders should be with you in 3 - 4 working days after despatch. If there is a delay in receiving the order we cannot do anything until 14 days has elapsed from the date the order was sent.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Overseas orders via Royal Mails - Airmail (Small Packets) and over 2kg via Parcel Force Courier. Even though most European orders are received in 3 to 8 days and Worldwide orders between 5 and 14 days after despatch, if there is a delay in receiving the order we cannot do anything until 28 days has elapsed from the date the order was sent.

DESPATCH SCHEDULE

Orders are dispatched three times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

IMPORT TAXES (OUTSIDE THE UK ONLY)

Voodooworx is not responsible for any charges you may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. We suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may incur if you buy our goods from outside the UK.
