Returns Policy

These terms and conditions incorporate our Cancellation/Returns policy.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Voodooworx. However if you are not, please be aware that you have the right to cancel the contract between us by sending to us a notice of cancellation. We would appreciate it if you would send any such notice in the form of a letter, stating clearly your full name and address, any relevant details of your purchase and that you wish to cancel the contract, to the following address:

Your right to cancel the contract exists from the time that you purchase your goods until the expiry of seven working days beginning with the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will, within 30 days of you giving your notice of cancellation, reimburse without charge, any sum that you have paid for the goods. We will request the return of any goods that are the subject of a cancellation order at your cost. Voodooworx recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Please note items purchased from us using the painting service are non-refundable as they are a personalised product.

AIR BUBBLES

We cast our kits and accessories using the most advanced techniques available and using the best materials, however, due to the nature of the casting process your model may contain very small air bubbles. These can easily be filled with modelling filler or super glue. We must stress that our kits and accessories are not toys and may require a basic level of modelling skill.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
